Step I
Consultation
The first meeting — understanding expectations, performing anatomical analysis, and answering questions. Together we determine the realistic framework between what the patient wants and what their anatomy allows.
Video consultations are also available for international patients.

Step II
Planning & preparation
A personalised surgical plan is created. Pre-operative blood tests, imaging, and anaesthesia evaluation are performed. The operation date is confirmed.
The patient receives detailed instructions about what to do before surgery (medication adjustments, nutrition, smoking, etc.).
Timing: 1 – 2 weeks before surgery
Step III
Operation day
Performed in a fully equipped hospital with an experienced anaesthesia and nursing team. All operations take place at Özel Güneşli Erdem Hospital.
Patients are usually discharged the same day or the following day.
Duration: 1 – 6 hours, depending on procedure

Step IV
Early recovery
The first two weeks are the most sensitive period of recovery. Dressing changes, medication, corset, and massage protocols are applied. Most swelling and bruising subside during this period.
The patient is seen for outpatient check-ups on days 7 and 15.
Duration: First 2 weeks
Step V
Follow-Up
Follow-up schedule: Day 15, Month 1, Month 3, and Month 6. International patients are also monitored via WhatsApp through photo updates.
Final results typically become visible between 3 – 6 months. In some procedures, full settling can take up to one year.
